We will be offering a staggered entry for students again this fall. A staggered entry allows children to interact with their peers and teacher in a smaller group to help calm the “back to school nerves”. It also allows the teacher to get to know your child and their individual skills, needs and interests. Students will be able to organize their supplies and learn the routines of the classroom.
Older students will have the opportunity to connect to the various digital platforms that they will use throughout the year. If you have a blended family with multiple last names please feel free to choose which date best fits your family and contact your child’s teacher to inform them of which staggered entry day your child will be attending.
Staggered Entry:
Tuesday, September 3: Students with last names starting with A-L
Wednesday, September 4: Students with last names starting with M-Z
Thursday, September 5: ALL students attend
*Pre-K and Kindergarten will be on a different schedule than the one above. You will be contacted by the appropriate teacher regarding this.*
*Please ensure that your child attends their staggered entry date. It will make it much easier for your child and their teacher when full classes begin on Thursday, September 5.*
